Internships
Our educational internships provide hands-on experience, practical skill development, and professional mentorship in the performing arts. Interns contribute directly to our productions or administrative operations while building a strong portfolio. Roles are open to college students, recent graduates, and high school seniors, with academic credit available when applicable.
❋ Costume Design for Center Street Theatre
Collaborate with the Costume Designer and Production Director on script research, costume plots, fittings, alterations, and production support. Requires production-specific hours, including selected fittings, rehearsals, and production calls.
❋ Scenic Design for Center Street Theatre
Work with the Scenic Designer and Production Director on visual research, drafting, scenic construction, painting, load-in, and strike calls.
❋ Arts Administration with Center Street Youth Choir
Assist with choir operations, music-library organization, rehearsal prep, and concert execution.
❋ Arts Administration with Center Street Dance Academy
Support class operations, student/family communications, studio setup, and academy events.
