Morgan Penny, Artist

Morgan Penny was born in Bakersfield, California, raised in Washington State, and currently lives in Carthage, Tennessee. She is an artist who loves experimenting with painting on non-traditional surfaces, including Masonite boards cut into unique abstract and representational shapes. Her artwork explores themes of faith, science, and self-discovery, encouraging curiosity and open-minded thinking.

As a student, Morgan is passionate about helping children explore their creativity in a safe and welcoming environment. She believes art is a space where questions are encouraged, and imagination has no limits. Her goal is to inspire young artists to express themselves confidently, think critically, and discover how art can help them better understand who they are and what they believe. Morgan is in her final semester of earning her BFA from Middle Tennessee State University, and her work has been exhibited in local galleries and community art fairs.
